Randy McKittrick has been building homes since 1997. He is experienced in all facets of the homebuilding business, with more than 700 homes to his credit. His philosophy is simple – “Build it right and build it to last.” In order to serve his customers better he started a new homebuilding company, McKittrick Homes.

With this new company his goal is to work more closely with the customer as well as better addressing their wants and needs. McKittrick Homes will be building with Robben Development Company.

McKittrick’s new company will focus primarily on building single family, multi-family and light commercial construction. “Randy has more than 25 years of experience in the building business. He is extremely talented and the first of only three Graduate Master Builders in the state of Kansas. He and his team will make customer service and satisfaction a top priority,” according to Robben.

Robben stresses that buyers will receive the same high standards of quality and value from the new company as they did from the old. “The name may be changing…but the dedication to excellence is not. I expect McKittrick Homes will be raising the bar even higher,” says Robben.

Since constructing his own home at the young age of 22, Bruce L. Rieke has made it his goal to produce distinctive, high-quality homes. He is dedicated to sharing his unique talents with others. Bruce has drawn considerable support from his family in meeting that goal. His wife, Antonia, performs a variety of roles in the business, ranging from accounting to professionally decorating the company’s model homes.

When asked what he believed to be the most important element to building a new home, Bruce L. Rieke readily replied, “Communication, communication, communication.” An unwavering dedication to open communication is a key strategy for his residential building company. B.L. Rieke and his team strive for this daily. It is a simple process of returning all phone calls and responding as quickly as possible to their customers’ needs. The company established numerous ways to communicate within its network. For Rick Smith, president of Cedarwood Homes, building is part of a family tradition. When asked how he got started in the homebuilding industry, Rick said, "My family has always been in construction. My father and grandfather were homebuilders. I also had uncles who were subcontractors. Growing up around it influenced me into joining the industry over 25 years ago."
